The above is a 1989 Super Mario OVA that we never saw because Bowser wore lipstick... and because the animation is crappy. The truth is I don't know why we never saw this, you'd think someone would try to cash in on Mario's popularity cheaply by dubbing this thing..... but what what do I know ? The whole thing is in Japanese with no subtitles, so Bowser might be doing this as part of some ludacris plot to steal Peach or kill Mario.... I'll never know because I don't speak Japanese.
